Dawson-Wam Limited was fined £100,000 and ordered to pay costs of £76,128.68 at Croydon Crown Court on 26 September 2007 following the death of a construction worker. They pleaded guilty to breaching Section 2(1) of the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974.
