Easy Two Ingredient Cookies

2 mashed bananas
1 Cup old fashioned oats

Optional Ingredients:
chopped walnuts, almond or pecans
chocolate chips
peanut butter chips
peanut butter
butterscotch chips

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Place old fashioned oats in a food processor and process until coarsely ground
3. In a mixing bowl mash bananas with a fork
4. Mix in the oats
5. Scoop out the the banana oatmeal cookies in small portions onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
6. Put in oven for 15 minutes
7. Let cool before eating
