Recently, Fishers lost two popular pizza places, Boom Bazz and Brixx.  Good news though pizza lovers, Tre Mori Brick Oven Pizza recently opened its doors at 8220 E. 106^th Street. Tre Mori serves authentic Italian wood oven Neapolitan pizza. They have a variety of pizza combinations, pasta, gelato and cannoli. The huge brick oven grabs your attention when you enter the restaurant. According to the website, “the oven was shipped from Italy in over a hundred pieces of natural stone and took two weeks to build piece by piece, stone by stone.”

The atmosphere is modern but casual and you order at the counter. The pizza is excellent. I would describe it as a perfect crispy chewy combination. If you do not want to dine in, you can also order online and there is a drive through for pick up. While dining in, I noticed customers coming in for the gelato, too. They have several different flavors of gelato and it is made from scratch.

It is worth the trip down I-69, but do not go on Monday, they are closed Mondays. They are open Tuesday -Sunday for lunch and dinner.
