Unified Sports play a big role at Hamilton Southeastern. These sports bring together students with exceptional needs with peers to create a fun and enjoyable sports environment. Some of the unified sports that are offered at HSE are track and field, basketball and flag football. All of these sports are very fun for the kids and can also be competitive in a great way. Flag football takes place in the fall, basketball takes place in the winter, and track and field take place in the spring. These events can either take place on weekends or weeknights by themselves, or during one of the school sporting events. Unified track and field even have a “State Finals” event that is run by the IHSAA and takes place before the official State Finals.
