After hearing about the new upcoming club Asian Student Union, I talked with one of the creators and co-chair of the club Madeline Chu.

What pushed you and your fellow club members to create Asian Student Union?

“We created the club to be inclusive to the Asian community”

Who is your club sponsor?

“Mr. Ax is the sponsor for our club”

What are you looking forward to most in Asian Student Union?

“I am looking forward to spending time with new people and experiencing new cultures”

Are you hosting a call out meeting?

“We are hosting a call out meeting on January 27

Do you have to be Asian to join the club?

“All are welcome to experience diverse cultures”

Do you guys plan on doing any fundraisers, charity work, protests, etc.?

“We do not have anything planned right now but we may in the future”
