This story will be updated as information is released.

2/2/22 2:34 PM – HSE Schools announces that schools will operate over Synchronous Learning on February 3rd.

Due to the inclement weather, HSE transportation has elected to stay virtual for tomorrow 2/3. What does this mean for you? You WILL BE REQUIRED TO JOIN CLASSES VIRTUALLY OVER ZOOM TOMORROW. However, do NOT need to zoom in for study halls OR pathways period tomorrow. However, pathways period is still available as teacher office hours for students to use.

Some controversy was sparked today after the cancellation of in-person instruction. While some were appreciative of the extra sleep, others took to Twitter to express their concerns.

At the time of writing, snow has still not landed in Fishers, meaning in-person instruction would have been possible. However, extreme snow is still expected for tonight into tomorrow morning. Currently northern Indiana is experiencing the worst of it, but there is a more than likely chance of Fishers getting hit around 6 PM today.

Regardless of the outcome of the snowfall, temperatures aren’t expected to get below 20 degrees in the next 24 hours.
