Junior, Kelsey Graham, about to start swimming backstroke.

Stay tuned for the HSE girls swimming and diving finals. The end of the season has come. Keep up to date with your HSE girl athletes as they progress through the finals and to the season’s final win. Everyone’s adrenaline rush is through the roof! Adrenaline is a hormone in your adrenal glands that helps you prepare for eager situations like finals. Adrenaline rush is the name for the quick release of adrenaline into your bloodstream that gets your body ready for a fierce, focused response. During the week leading up to finals, many of our athletes have said they have been thinking about only one thing all week: the excitement that comes with the event itself. This enhanced state allows athletes to push their limits, surpassing their usual capabilities in moments of intense competition and challenge. They’re going to take on finals and win! We encourage you to attend our events on February 9th and 10th.
