Some methods don’t work for everyone. It’s important to find a system that works for you and your schedule.
Tip #2: Avoid distractions in your study space.
If you have a tv or gaming system in your room, it makes for a lot of distractions while studying. Make sure your area is organized and clutter free. Have only what you need to study.

For every hour or two you do work and study allow yourself time to relax or do something that you enjoy doing.
Tip #4: Create and save study guides and aids.
If your teacher gives you study guides and notes to work from, make sure you save them. However if you do not have a teacher that makes them for you, try making one on your own. This also helps too retain information.
Tip #5: Ask enough questions
Make sure you keep in touch with your teacher. If you do not understand something it is important to clear it up as soon as you can. Falling behind is a big problem.
Tip #6: Get enough sleep!
Sleep deprivation can be a big problem. Getting enough sleep is probably the most important thing you can do. Use your time wisely throughout the day so that you leave plenty of time for sleep. You do not want to be falling asleep in class.
