SSN: Royals Baseball Season in Full Swing

As the boys’ first scrimmage approaches (see schedule below ), so does the anticipation of the season! Just the past week, tryouts were held and the season grew closer. With a grand total of 84 boys trying out this year, the decision making process had to be tough. Hamilton Southeastern baseball is a 4A sport and won the title of state champions back in 2019. With the amazing support of coaches and the community, the program continues to teach hard work and responsibility. The players and coaches are ready to play hard and work hard this spring. “We put a lot of time and energy in, and it’s a blessing to be here…the biggest factor to this sport is loving each other, bringing the program families together, and teaching kids to love the game.” Head Coach, Jeremy Sassanella reports. With a hardworking group of boys on the varsity roster, it’s sure to be an entertaining season (see Varsity roster below). Dust off your old baseball caps Royal fans, it’s time to play ball!
